Great experience with Captain Rob. Easy communication. Set for a time as a small storm was coming in . Rob texted In advance with the option. We decided to wait and let the storm blow over. What a great decision,,! Beautiful sunset on way back to marina.

We stumbled on Isle of Hope Cruises on Google after searching for dolphin tours near Savannah and Tybee Island. We booked a dolphin/spoonbill (a lifer bird for me)/sunset tour and had the best time! Our 17 year old son really enjoyed it as well. The boat is clean, well maintained, and Captain Rob is very knowledgeable about the area and the wildlife that permanently resides and migrates to the area. Whether you are a birder, wildlife photographer, sunset watcher, love Audrey Hepburn in Moon River (or just love the song!), or just love being on the water, you have to give Captain Rob a call. For my fellow birders/general wildlife photographers concerned about your equipment on an open console, there is no splash back from the bow. He put us right on multiple pods of dolphins, roosting egrets, herons, spoonbills, and wood storks! Highly recommend a cruise with Captain Rob! You will not be disappointed! I’m sure we’ll be booking again when we are back in Savannah.

Captain Rob was a great guide on our river boat cruise - knowledgeable and very patient as we waited out some rainy weather for the right time. We had wonderful time watching the dolphins and learning more about the rich river environment.

A great conversationist, Captain Rob made it easy to enjoy the evening. We were able to see a ton of wildlife including many types of birds and even a few dolphin. Captain Rob Faddis was remarkable! He knew the history of the marshes, rivers, dolphins, and timed it perfectly for a sunset and a full moon. This is truly an experience everyone should have to more fully understand the beauty and impact of the marshes and waterways of Savannah! We cannot wait to do another cruise with Captain Rob!!

We had an absolutely amazing boat ride on Moon River! We saw eagle nests, roseate spoonbills, herons, an anhinga, and of course dolphins! Captain Rob is a great captain and host. He knows the area extremely well and has so many interesting stories to share. We really enjoyed our time out there, especially when we sang Moon River together :)

We've had a wonderful trip with Cpt. Rob. He arranged it on short notice and we saw a lot of beautiful nature and wildlife (Dolphins, Pelicans, Eagles...). He explained a lot and we all enjoyed the time with him. The boat was quite comfy for 4 people. Definitely recommend to go with him.

He had a very nice and clean boat, covered safety items such as where life jackets are, etc. He is knowledgeable about the waterways, the wildlife and the history of this beautiful area and most importantly he is qualified as a boat captain. We felt safe and in good hands at all times. The cruise from Isle of Hope was breathtakingly beautiful! My friend who went with me and who had never been to Savanna

We’ve been out with Rob quite a few times and it’s always such a nice treat! The kids love being on the boat & seeing all the dolphins, birds, and getting to throw a line in while pretending to fish. This part of the coast is beautiful and Rob takes you out to a bunch of beautiful spots. Highly recommend for the next time you’re looking for a boat trip!
